Aspirations
Leverage cutting edge technologies and computational resources to further our understandings in biology. Through multiple ‘omics techniques, contribute to network biology, characterize genes of unknown function, and implement molecular solutions to biological problems. My background in non-model organisms, virology, bioinformatics, and host genetics allow me to adapt to nearly any biological species; these tools can be implemented in many systems for novel solutions.

Currently

Postdoctoral Research Associate, Cornell AgriTech
  • Conducting research on genetics and epigenetics of grapevine in the lab of Dr. Jason Londo, Associate Professor of Fruit Crop Physiology, Horticulture Section
  • Expertise in genome assembly, quantitative trait loci analysis, and bulk ‘omic datasets

Consulting

Founder and Principal Computational Biologist, Informatique LLC
